Hi, I’m Yeharar Stephen, LPC, LADC, M.STherapy with me is a real conversation, focused on healing the roots of your High Functioning Anxiety, not just managing the symptoms. My path to specializing in High-Functioning Anxiety and Attachment Healing was shaped by recognizing a profound gap: many high-achieving women are told they're "fine" while feeling like a they’re failing. I know that feeling of striving endlessly without finding true internal safety.
As a highly specialized therapist, I have spent years honing my skills specifically to address the complex intersection of perfectionism, relational patterns, and achievement that define High-Functioning Anxiety.
